Sagar Club Login ID and Password: Reset, Change and Recover
Your Sagar Club login ID is simpler than most people think. This post explains exactly what it is, how to reset a forgotten password, and what to do if you no longer have the SIM you registered with.
What Is My Sagar Club Login ID?
It is the mobile number you used when you registered. Nothing else. No username, no email, no customer number. Enter it as 10 digits, without +91 or a leading zero, on the Sagar Club login screen.
You can also see your user ID (UID) inside the app, under your profile. Support may ask for this number when you contact them. It is not used for logging in.
Forgot Your Password? Reset It in a Minute
- On the login screen, tap Forgot password.
- Enter your registered mobile number.
- Type the OTP you receive by SMS.
- Set a new password and confirm it.
- Log in with the new password.
Changing Your Password While Logged In
Go to Account → Settings → Change password. Enter the old one, then the new one twice. Do this every few months, and straight away if you ever logged in on someone else’s phone.
A good password is long and a bit odd. Something like a short sentence with a number in it works far better than your name and birth year.
Lost or Changed Your SIM?
This is the tricky one, because password resets need an OTP on the registered number. You have two options:
- Get a duplicate SIM for the same number from your network operator. This is usually quickest.
- Contact support with your UID, the registered number and proof of a recent deposit. They can verify you manually.

Withdrawal Password vs Login Password
Sagar Club may ask you to set a separate withdrawal password (sometimes called a fund password). It is not the same as your login password and it is only asked when you take money out. Make it different from your login password. That way, even if someone gets into your account, they still cannot withdraw.
If you forget the withdrawal password, the reset option is in Account settings and also needs an OTP.
When to Change Your Password Right Away
- You logged in through a link someone else sent you.
- You see a login from a device you do not recognise.
- You used the same password on another site that was hacked.
- A friend or family member saw you type it.
Changing it takes under a minute. Recovering a hijacked account takes days.
